A lot of people like the concept of referral marketing but they just don't have the money to get started.  Usually it requires a $100 to $400 monthly purchase.  The feeder business will help you earn enough money to make those large purchases with only a small investment.

The purpose behind a feeder business is to start out small ($13 investment) and make it grow large enough so that the company (FIG) will use your commission check to purchase a larger quantity of products in a larger company.  The three companies that FIG refers their members to are:

Algae Dream Works (AD)
Nutronix
Liberty Health Net (LHN)

FIG is a small company out of Klamath Falls, Oregon.  

How does a Feeder Business work?

They normally use a very small matrix like a 2x2.  Each referral will fill one of 6 positions in this matrix and help the new member earn a commission check.  Once they have filled this matrix they are earning enough money to purchase a position in a larger more lucrative matrix or go directly into the company they are associated with.

FIG uses a second matrix called a FAST TRACK.  This matrix requires a $36 monthly purchase.  However, because a member entered into the mini matrix they will never pay more than $13 per month.  As you can see from this example, that $13 position has now almost tripled in value.

Once the FAST TRACK matrix has filled the individual will be placed into Algae Dream Works.  FIG will take care of all paperwork and product purchases.  The new member will only be asked what products they want to order.

As other people follow this member into ADW, they also will receive $95 of products monthly.  When this happens the first member will also earn a commission check from ADW.

The commission check is yours to keep and nobody can tell you what to do with it.  You can use it to pay bills, go out to dinner, go on a vacation or re-invest in your business.  The only person who has control over that ADW check is you.

How big are these Feeder Business Matrix's?

They range in size but a lot of them are using Jerry's model. 2x2 matrix

A 2x2 matrix only has 6 open positions.  2 of these are on your first level and 4 can be found on your second level.

Nobody can have more than 2 open positions on their first level. Once they are filled anyone else must be placed below on your second level.

How do these positions get filled?

These positions are filled through marketing or advertising.  A lot of times your positions are filled by your upline, the company (FIG), and yourself.

What exactly happens when we fill out mini matrix?

After your mini matrix has filled, Jerry will take your monthly commission check and invest it into the FAST TRACK matrix.  As people from your mini matrix fill their positions they will be following you into the FAST TRACK and then Jerry will begin to send you monthly commissions again.

What exactly happens when we fill out FAST TRACK matrix?

When you have 6 members follow you into the FAST TRACK, Jerry will take your monthly commissions and purchase $95 worth of products in Algae Dream Works.  He will continue to do this on your behalf for as long as you remain active in FIG.

Commissions from members following you into ADW will to you from the corporate offices.

What about the extra positions I purchased?

If you have purchased more than one position they will follow the same outline above.  The only exception is at the end when Jerry will now take your commissions and invest them in products from either Nutronix or Liberty Health Net.

Do I need special skills?

No and that is why a Feeder Business is the preferred choice.  People want to work online and they don't mind answering emails, but they do not want to talk on the phone.

People who join FIG will have all their email letters answered for them at no extra cost.  Through time they will know the answers themselves and will not need to rely on a FIG coach to assist them with this.  However, their FIG coach is available to them 24/7 through email as well as the training section on our website.

If at any time a prospect wants to speak to someone on the phone, we have FIG trained members who will answer all their questions over the phone on their behalf.

In fact, many prospects will call Jerry or Michelle directly at the company to get their questions answered.  Once this new member decides to join you in FIG you will receive email notification from FIG.

How stable is your downline using the Feeder Business Model?

Sure glad you asked this question.  Yes, people drop out of FIG, I even enrolled a gentleman before Christmas 2004 that was making money in FIG back in 2002 but left.  He now saw his mistake and wanted back in. 

Anyone who follows you into Algae Dream Works or Nutronix or LHN is about as stable a business partner as you can find.  WHO in their right mind would leave if they are making money and getting free products? 

Every single person who has followed us into ADW or Nutronix from FIG has not left, has not even hinted of quitting or spoken those words to anyone. 

This is a win win situation when people use the feeder business model.

How do you get into all the businesses in this Feeder Business Model?

That is a great question.  As you have already read, FIG refers members to Algae Dream Works, Nutronix and Liberty Health Net (new in 2005).

If a person purchases one FIG position for $13 they will only be able to receive products and commission checks from Algae Dream Works.  If a person purchases 2 FIG positions they will then be allowed to choose between Algae Dream Works and Nutronix or Liberty Health Net.  By purchasing two positons for $26 they will have half their second position filled by default, which makes it easier to fill their second position.

Any new member can purchase up to 4 positions.  Let me give you a real live example of how this works.  We will use our personal experience.

We purchased one position to start in Feb.  About a day later we purchased a second position.  About a week later we purchased our third position.  Because we didn't purchase all 3 at once our positions did not fall directly below each other.

(THIS WAS A BIG MISTAKE) This summer we purchased another position in FIG and look below to see how this works.

Position 1:

This position filled quickly.  About 3 weeks and we have cycled through our mini and fast track matrix.  Currently we receive each and every month our $95 products and commission check from Algae Dream Works.

Position 2 and Position 3:

These two positions took much longer than expected because we had to build them one at a time.  If we would have purchased all three positions at once, we would have cut our time in half and would be earning a lot more commissions in Nutronix.

By summer of 2004 we were receiving $65 worth of products and a small commission check from Nutronix.  Because our third position filled in October of 2004 we now receive our maximum of $130 of products and a larger commission check from Nutronix.

Position 4:

At the time we purchased this position we wanted to purchase more Algae products.  This position just filled in Dec of 2004 and we decided to wait and have FIG place us into Liberty Health Net.  In January we will be receiving products worth $50 from them. I would expect commission checks will be coming in February 2005.

Keep one small detail in mind:  we do not even come close to working this business FULL time.  If we did your numbers would be close to or better than my sponsor who was earning about $1000 after 10 months.  And even she is not working this full time.

Does this give you a clear example of what FIG has done for us?  Keep in mind our montly investment is $52 for the 4 positions.  If we never used FIG we would be investing over $300 per month for product purchases.

Bottom Line:  We receive Free Products (about $300) every month PLUS commission checks from Algae Dream Works and Nutronix that cover our cost in FIG plus a lot extra. 

Soon we will be receiving Liberty Health Net checks as well.

Could I join FIG and the others right now?

Any combination works.

If you have enough money I highly recommend it all. 

One position in FIG (helps you get into ADW) one position in Nutronix ($20) and one position in Liberty Health Net ($25).  $13+$20+$25=$58  Not to bad is it?

ATTENTION:  if you are looking to actively build this business then I would make sure and save enough money for marketing.  We'll show you what is extremely effective and working for our group.  If you can't do it all, don't worry-just make sure and save money for marketing unless you are going to passively build this business. 

Why join LHN or Nutronix now?

We have a lot of members in FIG.  This coming year many of them will be moving from FIG to these other companies.  Spillover will occur and some of these people would spillover into your business like the 2x2 matrix we explained above. By joining them now, instead of waiting for FIG to get you into them in a year, your business will grow without much effort on your part.

Passive Builders:

Join FIG with any number of positions 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 and sit back and wait.  It takes about 3 months and you will break even without having to do anything.  In about a year or so you will enter Algae Dream Works

Agressive Builders:

Join FIG with 1 or 2 positions and Leaders Club.

Once your income from Leaders Club is large enough purchase a 2nd and 3rd position in FIG.  As your Leaders Club income grows you can re-invest it into more advertising, invest it and join Nutronix or simply put it in the bank and pay off some bills.
