 The Truth to Recruiting in Network Marketing
Top 5 of 8 Secrets 

I will reveal in this Heavy Hitter Recruiting Secret's article exactly what hitters do and how you can benefit from joining early when they begin to build their organizations.  Average networkers or those with little experience who join early enough (timing) will be next years super stars.  This is exactly how heavy hitters build and this is exactly how beginning networkers make their marks.  Every hitter in this particular group that I use as a "present day example" got their start just like I describe.

Heavy Hitter Recruiting Secret's they always recruit their closest friends first.  They position their friends on their front lines (unless it's a powerleg) or in the most strategic position possible.  Each hitter normally has from 5-10 of their closest networking friends they call upon and recruit within a 14 hour period.  

Heavy Hitter Recruiting Secret's: 2  once they have placed their closest friends in their organization, they immediately get on the phone and help them bring in their circle of influence.  This happens within the first 24 hours after their hitters join.  The hitter in the number one position will continue to pound the phones looking for all his leaders that did not join under his/her best friend.  That means if you built a substantial downline and your immediate upline sponsor didn't contact you, this particular hitter will.

Heavy Hitter Recruiting Secret's: 3  after they have secured their first couple of levels, they begin to recruit other mlm'ers who are in their old downlines.  They do not start new legs with these people, instead they place them into their networking buddies downlines.  After they have placed them the hitter will spend a week or so with these folks helping them bring in their recruits circle of influence.

Heavy Hitter Recruiting Secret's: 4  the front line heavy hitters will now begin to recruit using advertising on places like google adwords, usa today and other platforms that mlm'ers hangout.  This includes visiting conventions of other mlm companies. (I personally do like this type of recruiting, I do not endorse it, but you need to be aware of it)

The second most effective method is dialing mlm genealogy lists.  The will sell or give away their lists to downline members so they can hammer the phones and leave voice mail messages up the kazoo.  If they reach a live person, they are off the phone in less than 30 seconds.  I know of one group that uses emails to select groups to open doors and then they use the phone.  

Many times you will be contacted during this phase.  It might be the first 90 day blitz or even the third 90 blitz, but chances are good you will be contacted.

(Please do not think we give your information away, WE DON'T.  They find your name off of genealogy lists)  We do not rent or sell our lists, that would be stupid on our part.

Sidenote:  there is a new system that heavy hitters are beginning to use the kicks the pants off everything I mentioned above, we will share that with you in the next 3 articles that will be coming your way.

Heavy Hitter Recruiting Secret's: 5  after they have recruited another batch of mlm'ers they then begin to help those new recruits go after their circle of influence.  As you can see, there is some dilution here (from the very first group that the hitter recruited, because he/she is now going after mlm'ers they don't know very well).

Sidenote:  sometimes if you are lucky you will be in this batch of recruits, when you join a new company.  You are still in a good position (from spillover depending on the compensation plan) to take advantage of the new tools the mlm heavy hitters bring out for their organization.  Usually all the tools have been in place by this time, but if they are not, then you are in a very good position if you have a downline growing before all the tools are available).

Bottom Line:  heavy hitters build their organization top heavy with leaders.  They continue to bring in leaders until that is exhuasted.  During this time they also set up an "Attraction System" that we will discuss in Part 2 of Heavy Hitters Recruiting Secrets.
